  • The length of time someone needs therapy can vary widely based on several factors, including the nature of your concerns, personal goals, and the type of therapy they are receiving. Typically I would recommend weekly sessions as we get our work off the ground, and move to longer periods between sessions as you start to feel better.

  • If you need to cancel/reschedule an appointment, please kindly provide 48 hours advanced notice, otherwise the full rate will still apply for your missed session. We know unforeseen emergencies come up. If this is the case, please get in touch as soon as possible.
